Workshop Outline

Participants will be involved in hands-on practice, activities and role play exercises, which makes the workshops not only informative, but also fun & interactive.



Part I: Dress for Success
Your employees are the ambassadors of your company and we help to train your employees to project the same positive corporate image that your company promises. This workshop helps to define and refine your employees' visual appearance through colour imaging, wardrobe and style development.

At the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the importance of first impressions & their image;

  • Avoid image destroyers that damage others' first impression of them;

  • Project a professional image with their outfit, colours & hairstyle;

  • Wear their personal best colours;

  • Pick the appropriate colours to achieve the desired impact;

  • Use colour harmony in their wardrobe and/or make-up to create their desired look;

  • Discover their wardrobe personality & identify their body shape;

  • Dress to reflect a style of their own & suit their body shape, personality, lifestyle, profession & industry;

  • Learn to accentuate their assets & camouflage their figure faults (for ladies);

  • Learn all about guidelines on ties, shirts, jacket suits, belts, shoes & socks (for men);

  • Flatter their face shape by picking the right necklines & jewelry and

  • Dress appropriately for different dress-codes


Part II: Etiquette & Protocol

Etiquette and protocol are the outer expressions of your employees' character and play a vital role in projecting the right corporate image. This workshop is designed to help employees to enhance their social interaction skills, thereby empowering them to present themselves with confidence in any business or social situation.

At the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to:

  • Learn the importance first impressions & the way they project themselves;

  • Project poise & confidence in the way they walk, stand & sit;

  • Practice positive body language and avoid negative body language;

  • Greet & introduce customers & business associates with confidence & flair;

  • Master the art of handshake;

  • Learn all about business card protocol;

  • Discern business etiquette from social etiquette;

  • Conduct themselves in a gentlemanly/ ladylike manner;

  • Master small talk and carry a polite conversation with ease;

  • Display good dining manners;

  • Familiarize with fine dining table layout and

  • Eat bread, spaghetti & vegetables & de-shell prawns using appropriate silverware
